What is declutter?
The word says it all, removing clutter.
Decluttering your mind off all the
– things that stresses you
– things that makes you nervous,
– the experience of panic attacks
– you feeling low
– you feeling depressed and so on.
They suck your energy up.
However they can be dealt with only when you open up to it head on, yes head on.
Why faff around? Get it out of you, you put it there, no one else has.

Heal away from it, one, by decluttering it, so you create a space for your beautiful energy to guide you into moving forward, as you deserve to, in your life.
It isn’t just your mind you’ve got to declutter.

– your car
They are blocking off the space you need to live your life as you are meant to.
Go into them, start slowly, one place at a time.
If you find things you haven’t used for a while, get rid of it. When you need it, go buy it then.
