How To Create Happiness

In a small, intimate group of just 11 people, we’ll explore the real meaning of happiness and familiarise ourselves with the kind of feelings we get when we are in a happy state. We’ll explore the importance of feeling happy, why it works in the way it does and how to bring it into your everyday life. We already have the answer to where happiness lies and have got it within us – all I will be doing is locating it and bringing it out of you so you can feel it, for what it truly is.
WHO AM I?
I have not always been as fully happy as I am now. I, perhaps like you, spent a large portion of my life wondering:
Why do I feel lost?
Why do bad things keep happening to me?
Why can’t I be myself?
Why do I lack confidence?
Why aren’t I truly happy?
Why do I feel unworthy?
Why can’t I be in a relationship and be happy?
I then had an awakening, enlightening and empowering moment at a pinnacle point in my life where I may have otherwise completely given up. It enabled me to say to myself: “that is it, no more”. Now, I live with happiness every day and the traumatic experiences that once defined my life have been incorporated into my passion and gift to the world: to guide and serve others who need a way out of their long list of anguish.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Happiness, if you have felt it, gives you a sense of greatness that you sometimes can’t explain. When you are in that state, you feel as though you can achieve everything. You will learn how that works and why it works in the way it does.

Walking into the room, you will, right away, feel the sense of happiness. As the workshop ends, you will leave with what you started with. I will explain how that happens. You will be amazed, once I share it with you, how you can use the same method to feel happiness in every aspect of your life.
Bringing your awareness into the present moment. Irene Elliott an EFT Practitioner will teach you how to use EFT [Emotional Freedom Technique] as a tool to help clear and release old beliefs and thoughts that may be holding you back from being HAPPY.
